Q: Does Buy Unlock work with the latest firmware 2.2?
Yes, we have unlocking sim cards work for all firmware versions from 1.0.1 right the way through to the latest 2.2 firmware. Whatever firmware your iPhone is running, we can unlock it.

Q: How long does it take to get my phone after I have paid?
We ship your in 3-5 working days. It can take up to 12days depending where in the world you are but usually it is shorter

Q: Does my iPhone have to be activated
In order to use our SIM card, the phone must does not need to be activated . Our recommended method is to use the original sim card that was supplied with the iPhone 3G to activate the phone. If however, you do not have this you can use the sim card provided by your carrier along with the unlock SIM card that we provide you with.

Q: Can i use the internet GPRS, EDGE, HSPDA on my iPhone 3G?
Yes. GPRS, EDGE, HSPDA all work fine on your Phone.

3G is activated or not?
There are only 2 possible states as of now – Activated or Unactivated.
Switch on your iPhone 3G:

State 1 : You can see iTunes logo along with a USB cable, and a slide button showing “Slide for emergency”.
If you slide the bar then a keypad appears.
If this is the case your Phone is not activated, and you will have to activate your phone before you can unlock it.

State 2 : You have switched on your iPhone 3G and you can see the springboard with a lot of icons like SMS, Calender etc..
